They took a long time to complete a simple order then they gave us a receipt with the WRONG total, no adress and a fake 888 phone number. We asked for a real receipt. It took over an hour for a manager to WRITE out an itemized receipt

My sandwich order never came out, while my coffee order came out. Asked who I think was the manager twice. He sounded like he was working on it after I asked him but when I asked him a second time, he said there was no sticker printed for it?? How is that my problem, and why didnt you do anything about that the FIRST TIME I asked, instead of pretending like you were handling it. It was twenty minutes between my order and us having to leave. He never even apologized. What incompetence.

some cashier, i cant remember his name but he had black curly hair and was working on sunday the 14th at 12:30 was super lovely and complimented my accent. i had been having a bad morning so it really brightened my day. so to whoever served a girl named sera a pink drink and a kids hot chocolate ty very much
