Called the store and asked if they carried an item. The first person I spoke to was nice and said she wasnt sure and asked me to hold for a second. The second person I talked to after being on hold for a couple seconds was extremely rude and asked for a description (not the rude part to be clear) which I then gave her one. Which she then promptly raised he voice at me and said we have nothing like that and hung up. I didnt give them a hard time or berate them or ask a ton of questions or anything of the sort. The only 3 things I said were hello ok and the description of what I was looking for... she didnt say goodbye, just hung up the phone. Just really got under my skin.

I've shopped at this store over 15 yrs., was there the other day, prices have been hiked up, then said to be reduced.. Cashier confirmed same. Upsetting.
