        Tried to make an emergency appointment for tooth pain, since I wasn't able to get to an appointment with my regular dentist for several days. Talked to a very rude receptionist who did not help at all and kept insisting I see my regular dentist. The website does claim emergency dentistry. Had the receptionist simply said they didn't have any open appointments, I would have been okay with that. However, the way she talked to me was disrespectful, and I'm very unhappy about it.

        Ive been a patient of Dr. Chase for many years and have found him to be very patient, thorough and detailed in his work. I contacted the office the Monday after Easter and left a message due to an emergency. My call was returned the next morning and an appointment made for 20 minutes later.
