        Today I went to the newly openned Macys on Centerton Rd Mt Laurel.i recently had knee replacement surgery,so I was thrilled to see carts in front of the store.Many shoppers have bad knees,so using a cart is quite helpful.The moment I walked into the store,a female manager/salesperson (not sure which) approached me with a very angry tone.She loudly criticized me for bringing a cart into the store.She saidno carts are allowed,and she blocked me.She pointed to the front entrance and demanded that I use a push basket with a long wagon handle..I had no idea that the carts in front of that store were from Cosco,as she proudly told me.I told her I just had my knee replaced and that the push basket wasnt going to work for me.She shrugged and said oh well. I turned around and left to go to Home goods,TJ Maxx and Target-All of those stores offer shopping carts.I spent a lot In those stores! I wont be going back to the new Macys again. Angry Salespeople really ruin it for a Shopper.They lost a good customer today.

        I love this store! Its my fav TJ Maxx! Bessie is the best! Shes always so helpful and friendly!! I really enjoy shopping while shes working! I mean all the staff has been really pleasant and friendly, but Bessie always goes above be and beyond!!
