Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Mt. Laurel

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel. The halls smelled like marijuana. In the morning on departure, the breakfast was horrible; all of the food was cold, and the coffee was cold. This is in stark contrast to other Hampton Inn Hotels. I stay at Hampton Inn hotels exclusively when I travel with my family, and I have never stayed in one this bad, and will never return.

Nasty dirty place and rooms. In desperate need of updating. One elevator broken the other made strange noises and jumped up and down every time someone new got on. I suggest you stay far away from this dump as it's a stain on Hilton name.

After staying in multiple Hampton Inn hotels across the country, this is by far the WORST Hampton Inn I have ever seen. The first room they put us in had a broken tub handle, hair conditioner was affixed to the sink where it should be lotion or hand soap, and there was no hot water. They moved us into another room which had a working shower. However, if you plan on showering after 9PM, do not expect hot water. I think they turn it off to save money. We had to take ice cold evening showers 2 out of the 3 nights til we figured that out. The hotel first said it was a plumbing issue, the second time it happened, they said they would look into it and call me back - no call and no hot water came back until morning. Also, be careful of the sheets - the "under sheet" was dirty and we didn't notice until we only had 1 night left and at that point, we just wanted to get out of there. On the first night of no hot water, the gentleman apologized for the water issue and told me we would get half a day refunded to us. I said that fine, but when we checked out, they said they cannot do refunds, only points. I said I did not want points and would prefer what he offered - half the day refunded. She said she would get the message to the manager and the manager would reach out to me by the end of day. It has been over a week and no call. I had to reach out to Hilton myself from an email asking about my stay. Just be aware - Hilton ONLY gives out points so if you stay here BEWARE AND DO NOT STAY HERE!
