Screen protector is too expensive and Im not getting it. Im getting upset

Had a little difficulty setting up my old number with new phone. Was an account issue that took a while to fix. The team members were very professional and attentive. Efrain and the other female manager did their best to help on the difficult situation, even staying late after closing to help me out. Would recommend to a friend.

My phone died, and they did a great job getting me a replacement quickly. They were helpful and addressed my concerns empathetically.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Efrains lack of customer service was awful. I was not greeted when walking into the store and when an older woman walked in, she was greeted and approached by Efrain immediately. The older woman pointed to me and said I was first and Efrain said I know, but how can I help YOU? The woman and I were clearly shocked and confused by the disrespect. He told her hed be with her in a few, and directed me to go sit at a table - the first words he had spoken to me since Id been there. I sat at the table and he told me while I got authorization from my mom, he was going to go help the other customers. I decided to leave and let him know that I did not appreciate his lack of customer service. I tried to call and speak to a manager but apparently he is the manager, and said there is no number I can call to speak to anyone higher in position. Im not sure why I was not greeted by not only Efrain, but anyone else in the entire store period. This was the worst experience Ive had at this store, and your workers need to be trained better!
