    Since starting at Max in February of 2022- Ive gained so much! Ive gained confidence, Ive gained self love, and Ive gained appreciation for all the things my body can do! Yes, I also lost over 50+ lbs of weight, but nothing beats the things Ive gained! A support system in my trainers Eric and Conrad, their belief in what I could become and what Im capable of have pushed me far beyond what I ever believed was possible. Not to mention the support outside of the gym with book recommendations, online videos for at home workouts, but also check-ins to make sure youre well outside of the gym walls! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be their best self!

    I, along with my family, am lucky to have been a member of Max Fitness for most of my life. Max has played a huge role in helping my Mom regain strength after battling breast cancer and my Grandpop in recovering from a stroke that left him with left sided paralysis. Max has shown me how to prioritize health and fitness within different phases of life. It has been the greatest investment for both my physical and mental health. Allowing me to surpass my goals and continually gain strength. The positive atmosphere created by Eric offers quality workouts, online videos, nutrition advice, consistent motivation, and friends that feel like family. A place of encouragement that has challenged me to become the best version of myself. Thank you Max Fitness!

    I have been going to Max for over a year now and I feel great and am now in my best physical health. The group workouts are hard and constantly changing to engage all muscles. Workouts include: kettle bell, Hitt, Tabata, body weight, boot camp, and weight lifting. I highly recommend this gym. Great hands on attention from owner and mix of people that go which include kids, adults female, male and seniors all feel welcome.

    Eric and Conrad are awesome and helped me build stability and strength in my injured knees. Very knowledgeable and gave me direct and helpful feedback, adjusting exercises to meet my needs. Fun and welcoming atmosphere.
