Great spot for coffee, some assorted cakes and sandwiches. Has a great seating area, couches, chairs, tables, catch up on work or just hang out. Great hot chocolate too. Zero street parking allowed, paid lot around the corner.

On 12/23 I visited this location to try PJ's coffee with the motto of PJ's that they roast their coffee beans in small batches for a unique taste - this was not the experience I encountered. I ordered the Peppermint Bark Iced Latte and a Caramel Crme - Hot. Both taste like water and milk mix with syrup. They were both missing the coffee taste/coffee flavor, and coffee experience that PJ's expresses about their brand. Also, the Peppermint Bark Iced Latte was not served with the peppermint shavings which is false advertisement. As a brand it should portray their motto however it could be the franchisee and quality control issues. I did have a conversation with the worker whom said she worked their for 2 years - which I thought "okay she knows how to prep the drinks" - however that coffee taste was not there - again this is not the barista fault - I highly believe it is the quality control issue. Even "bad" coffee has the coffee taste. This experience of coffee was just water down milk/water and syrup.

PJs has great a selection of food and made with the best ingredients the service is excellent its the best
