I thought I was recommended this company by a community blog but it was actually the contractor himself. I asked this company to help me do fencing on my side yard and driveway. I got a virtual estimate from my photo and measurements. I put a deposit down via online account (under his girlfriend's name) to lock in a date for March 4th. He didn't confirm the job the night before. He postponed the work for March 5th due to an accident. He doesn't show up to the job. I call. No answer. I message and finally get a text back that he could either show up in the afternoon or refund the deposit. At this point, I ask for the refund, but he claims he cannot provide it until Tuesday after he returns the supplies. We wait until Tuesday and Rob says he needs another day for his unemployment check to come in. The time passes, and then he says his girlfriend doesn't have the money & that he would need to get it from his mom. He pays half the deposit back and responds with more excuses. We agreed that he should be able to return the rest of the money (in over a weeks time) owed to me by today 5pm (end of business day), but no such thing has happened. I have never been more disappointed from a business in my life. This company is very unprofessional. I would not want anybody to go through what we did. My money was used like a loan that I didnt even get to accrue interest on or receive the whole amount back yet.

We couldnt be happier with our painter choice and his company. He priced his job very fairly, and did a terrific job! Some of the walls in our new home in Sparta had wallpaper and dark paint, which werent easy to remove. Mark spent much more time in our house than he thought he would originally and was gracious enough to give my husband a hand with moving furniture and boxes, hanging mirrors and such. This man went above and beyond to help us when he really didnt have to. Hes nice, friendly, professional, and hardworking. We love our newly painted home. Thank you Mark!!! If we ever need to have something painted, well definitely call you again and recommend you to our friends!!!

Mark did an excellent job on both power washing and painting. The painting was both interior and exterior. I highly recommend AP&P.

We have used American Painting and Powerwashing for the past several years for washing our house and deck. Mark is very prompt and does a great job. Recommended to us from a family member who also had work done. We highly recommend his work!!!
