Beata Bea Lagares helped us until the beginning to the end. Bea made sure that we knew what we were signing up for when we sold our family home of 15 years. The house that my children grew up in and where I raised them until they went to college. Bea is very respectful, empathetic, and always willing to help. I am very happy we chose her as our realtor. She never gives up and always makes sure that our questions are answered. Her capability of sending documents and being on time is very imperative in todays workforce and Bea made everything go by quickly even though the township gave us a hard time. Bea never gave up on us and she made sure that we were prepared for closing. They always say always go with your first choice, and Bea was my first choice as our realtor and I will always choose her again. I am very happy with Bea and her professionalism.
