Had an awesome experience with Kaylee today! She was super helpful and did an superb job with my haircut! She gave expert advice about my haircut and was super gentle with my hair! Kaylee was super friendly and fun to talk to while she was doing my haircut. She made me super comfortable and relaxed knowing my hair is in good hands! Thank you for everything and I would definitely come back soon! Definitely recommend going to her!

My friend and I got our hair and makeup done and Kaylee was absolutely amazing! She made us look so good and helped us step out of comfort zone a little with letting us try fun makeup choices. She made the whole process so easy and fun and she was quick. Kaylee was patient and helpful to us as we figured out our looks and asked us how we liked everything along the way too which was awesome. She even pinned up my hair to help keep the curls as we had a long drive to the event. and she was right, our makeup lasted the whoooole night. She was wonderful! I would come back and definitely recommend to all! Thank you Kaylee

i would say customer service is bad but honestly its non existent here. i went in to get a mac liner and lipstick and while i was squatted down (since they were at the bottom shelf) a short-ish lady with brunette hair comes and rudely says can i help you? and i just tell her im looking at the colors & she just stands there and watches me while i look for what i want. its uncomfortable and if she thinks im gonna steal id rather her say something. When its finally time for me to pay, the blonde girl COURTNEY at the register doesnt even greet me or anything. Just whats your phone number? and when she bagged my items, she might as well have thrown them at me because she definitely didnt place that bag on the counter. No have a great day or nothing. SO RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
