Went on Saturday night at 8 because the hours on Google say it closes at 9. Its not true. The store was closed and the workers did not want to let us in. Please fix the hours on here.

I absolutely LOVE this Ulta location. Reed was the best, he helped me find the perfect foundation & concealer that were suitable for my skin type, along with amazing recommendations. I'll definitely be back at this location!

Flat 0 if possible, poor customer service especially on holidays. Theres long at the counter but ur rep at the front leaving after ringing one customer. I do understand u have to meet a certain sale by checking out ur helped customer but common if it is the 22nd of Dec on a Friday night people buying Christmas gifts help out, Flat out no teamwork out there. The person ring was very mean to us for asking a bag, just told us no bags didnt even care checking the for bags. Poor customer service!!!!

Long story short, I had an event this weekend. I had my hair and makeup done by an Ulta stylist. This is the result!!! I asked for volume. Yes, I have fine hair, and I'm not unreasonable, but if you're not skilled in fine hair, someone should have stepped in, or you should have just done better! This is how I was sent out the door. No one said a word. Not the manager who rang me up, no one. I was even charged 30 bucks for a dry spray she put into my hair for added volume!!! She was a very nice woman that I tipped very well, and I'm not going to call her out because I'm not one to make a scene or get someone into trouble, but REALLY???? I felt so hurt. Like my hair is trash, so I didn't deserve to look beautiful. The other woman all looked amazing, except for me. I felt so self-conscious. I shouldn't have been charged for this absolute abomination of a hairstyle. I raced home and completely re-did my hair. I made it to the party just in the nick of time.
