        Walked in and ordered. I didnt leave the location until after they closed because it took that long to get my food. It took over a half hour for my order to be completed. For a chain Im appalled that this is the type of operation here. Id rather drive an hour to fort Lee and get Korean fried chicken than to visit this location 15 minutes from me. Food wasnt even hot when I got it. Extremely disappointed.

        We visited this restaurant primarily for their renowned crispy chicken wings, which we love. However, our overall experience was disappointing. Despite spending nearly $50 for a family of three, we encountered several issues. The food took over 35 minutes to arrive, by which time the French fries were cold and the coleslaw tasted stale. Additionally, the restaurant's bathrooms were unclean. Unfortunately, these factors detracted significantly from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.
