        I took my 12yo granddaughter here to get some face creams for her dance competition. Staff extremely helpful suggesting products for her young face. Upon paying w a gift card she received for her birthday, we found out that someone had hacked her gift card and there was a $0 balance. The store manager Brittany was very helpful trying to get corporate to help out & replace the GC monies. She spent more than 1/2 hour waiting for someone to even answer the phone (all while she was coding sale items and reassuring us that she would get to the bottom. Finally she did and called me to say they had issued another Gift card. I will make this store my place to shop!

        I have to stop going to this location. My experience gets worse and worse each time I go. I wanted to use a coupon that was available in the app. The girl behind the counter came up assisting the cashier, talking in a condescending tone, asking if I was using the coupon or the bar code for my rewards. I will go to Sephora next time or another location. I was not able to use the coupon.
