    The staff is very courteous and pleasant. I like the fact that the front desk ladies are excellent at giving information on a payment plan if needed. My dental hygienists Juliana is the best. Does a great job of cleaning my teeth. And giving tips on taking care of my teeth in between visits. And my dentist, Dr. Kazi, is absolutely great. So caring about her patients and takes the time to explain the concerns of healthy gums and teeth and what is necessary for your individual dental health. I am very satisfied with the dental work they have preformed on me.

    Our issue is resolved, but after two setbacks with administrative staff, we wont be coming back. This is a huge loss for us as we enjoyed all the practitioners we experienced. The prices set generally also made us feel like patients they cared about as opposed to being at a patient mill. My father used to treat lower income families without price gauging, and its a rare approach these days, but felt very good in this regard with this practice. Thank you to each one and may you all have a blessed and healthy rest of the year. Thank you for the successful extraction Dr. Moy. My feedback would be continual retraining of front desk and assistants and hire secondary manager or assistant manager. - Update Timeline as follows: 6/2023- Given a copy of pre-estimate for wisdom extraction, and assured us to be accurate. 7/2023- We asked for dates avail for extraction but said no surgeon. 12/2023- Scheduled surgery for 1/2024. Asked again about validity of pre-estimate they submitted. Was told all good 1/8/2024: Emailed to reconfirm again about validity of pre-estimate, and see if theres anything missing. 1/9/2024- Michelle leaves a voice message ensuring us everything is correct in preestimate done by their Dr, and nothing else to worry 1/24/2024 - 2 business days before scheduled surgery, we were told they need to cancel because we havent been briefed on cost of service. Christina tells us that our insurance wont cover the claim and wed have to pay out of pocket for entire surgery. Then she said that were mistaken and she never spoke with us last year (we have a dated VM she left last year introducing herself). Insurance notified us they havent processed the claim yet to be able to say its not covered. The office sent a new pre-estimate only a week prior, changing their initial pre-estimate (after I had sent my email asking for validity of code on specific teeth). Due to this, insurance was still processing the new claim and will take couple more weeks. If we paid before then, then any overpayment would be reimbursed. The Dr. who did the extraction was calm, quick and followed hygienic protocol. Dr had to pause few mins into surgery because staff never refilled water tank (we were first operation of the day) & 2nd assistant did change gloves before handling sterile environment. Then front desk Ally gave us the same experience as last year. Before we left, we had questions and her responses were terse. She was dismissive and defensive for some reason. The check-out process was absurd. 3/25 - a Jersey # called stating shes from our insurance, claiming the payment they made was never received. Re-issuance would set us back 15 more days to resolve- totaling around 4-5 weeks of us unpaid. Lending our patience and understanding wouldnt have been an issue at all, if not for the deep stress they gave us about the finances they demanded from us due to their last minute error or otherwise would cancel my husbands extraction while he was in much pain. We kept our respect through each communication. We have all voicemails since last year, all e-mails, all texts, all phone call recordings w/ Christina & insurance on 1/24. original 6/2023: Revising our review with negative experience with front desk. Christina left VM to check in and was compassionate and accountable for any discrepancies. Hygienist, Michelle, is a sweetheart and Dr. Oh is a great listener for whatever concerns you have. I had such an easy time quickly finding a slot to book as a new patient (next day) compared to other dental offices nearby. We hope for continual great care from staff, and will continue our support, and be in for our next services. For those who care a lot about safety and healthy practices, to go for yourself or send your family members to, this is the place to go. We visited on April and they had masking protocols still in place for staff and patients. This is amazing.
