He gave me the best advice possible, and it opened my eyes to so many possibilities that could come out of this situation. I spoke to at least 10 different employment lawyers in the area, and they would not even give me 5 minutes of their time. Usmaan gave me an hour. He is a very kind man, who helps people when needed. I have used Usmaans counsel on two separate occasions and I have very happy with the services he provided. In the first case, he not only advised on the right course of action to pursue but also provided written guidance and scripts I could use to communicate with the other party. He was fair and upfront with his estimates and provided all the help within those estimates. With his help, I was able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. On the second occasion, the issue was a minor one where I had to respond to a query in a timely manner. He advised me that instead of using his services to answer the query, I should do it myself and then proceeded to not only give me the right forms but also spend time to give me directions on how to fill out the forms myself. His view was that as a lawyer he would be happy to do it for me for a fee but why pay the fee when I could easily do it myself. Such honesty, transparency, and selfless help is what I really appreciate about Usmaan.
