Being faced with moving my mother from Medicare to Medicaid was a huge task especially while I was still working. I looked at several places to work with and Geraldine and team presented the best options for me. The process was long but Geraldine and team kept me informed every step of the way, they asked the right questions and they let me through a pile of different things that Medicaid asked for. Their portal captures everything you need and the interaction through the portal made it easier to communicate while I was working. The team did an amazing job and I will be happy to be a reference for them at any time, money well spent since the process is challenging.

My mothers Medicaid application was very unique and going into the process you cant predict how time consuming it would be. Taking on my mothers case was probably one of the hardest applications the staff has probably ever seen. The staff is exceptional especially Vicki who I feel did an amazing job communicating what needed to be done and how to go about using the portal. It was extremely easy and she always provided feedback if any changes needed to be done in a timely manner. I cannot express how unbelievably happy and grateful for Mrs.Callahan who never gave up on me or my mother. its a very rare trait these days for people to not give up when something gets challenging. I am so grateful for the work everyone did at the office to get the application approved. Through all the struggles and denials they persevered right along with me and I knew I was not alone. I highly recommend using their law firm for your Medicaid application process. To say thank you to them seems insufficient for all the work they did to help me and listen to my concerns. Mrs. Callahan was exceptional and truly an amazing person who I feel after my mothers case can handle anything! If you need a Medicaid application to get approved choose them! After applying for Medicaid 4 times for my mother on my own and realizing I had a very complicated case, I reached out to Geraldine Callahan. She listened to me with compassion and understanding. She complied all the information,sorted it and presented it to the officials at the Medicaid office. That was the 5th application. When the Medicaid office lost the 5th application Geraldine was able to speak to the supervisor and get them to accept the application again which she reassembled and resubmitted in a matter of days. Her knowledge and experience really helped us to get the Medicaid benefits my mother needed. We will be forever grateful. I would highly recommend her services for anyone who needs help negotiating the process of applying for Medicaid. She is a gem!
