        There wasn't anything special about this hotel but it was a good choice for a few quick nights of sleep. We used this as our launch point to do a day in NYC so we didn't spend much time here. It's definitely a bit outdated in decor and looking a bit rough/aged overall. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable and the bathroom was just fine. We enjoyed the free breakfast- lots of good choices. There was a wonky elevator that would take you to whichever floor it felt like (experienced this twice). I was happy with the warm welcome and care of the staff.

        From check in to check out we had a great time. Nice hotel. Front desk, Wilamina was very informative and helpful. Mgmt is lucky to have a great employee like her. But all the other staff I met were also nice. If only the elevators were a little faster. Rooms: The only issue I had with the room is the lighting. Could use a floor lamp for additional lighting

        Everything we needed on our trip with incredible service on top. Wilhemenia at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. She was attentive and helpful every step of the way. Would come back for the service staff alone.
