The Crest at Princeton Meadows

I have a really really bad upstairs neighbor. Cant play music or have fun with my kids in our own apartment without her banging on the floors.. someone please help!? Dont know what to do. I heard she already got someone kicked out the apartment, Im confused why she hasnt been kicked out yet. She called me and my whole family Trailer Trash.. mind you we just moved in for a couple weeks. I dont even know her name. We call her Karen, because why not.

If I could give zero stars I would. They couldnt care less about their residents. This place is a dump and poorly constructed, this community has all kinds of extra fees and charges for services that dont even get provided and the manager Stevie is rude and inconsiderate. Worst place Ive ever lived.

If I could give a negative five stars I would. Horrible staff and the apartment management (especially Stevie) won't keep up with their terms including prior communication about the reconstruction, safety with nails, and noise. Ravens Crest apartment management has not kept up with safety, especially child safety, as we saw nails in hallways, and they didn't bother to measure safety guidelines by providing a quiet and safe living environment for residents. Due to the nails car tire was flat and showed to the management, they didn't bother. Even after verbal and email many time, the management didn't keep up with any of these points. Management has failed to follow the safety guidelines. Due to safety issues and poor management, we broke our lease and cameout of this community.
