        My electric stove was giving me some trouble and had spark in it so I made complaints and technician came and do the needful after that I smell like some wire is burning so I called the maintenance department again. This time the manager came to see it and he didn't even on the burner to check it, but asking me silly questions that how can I differentiate that the smell is not from the dripping pan and it's wire ? He made up his mind before he entered with the ready answer... He is not paying attention what you are saying and not with the safety. He told me that if it will burn then we will replace the part which needs to be.... it means that ignore the burning smell and wait for something bad happened.
