        We dealt with Tony while renting our storage unit it was an excellent experience , Tony was waiting for us at our scheduled appointment time took us up to show us the unit and explained the entire process thoroughly and answered any questions that we had, all in a timely matter! The facility is very clean and he was very helpful, I would recommend Columbia storage to my friends and family for sure, completely satisfied. Thanks again Tony!!! john and elisha.

        The gentleman who signed me up, Tony, was both professional and friendly and efficient. Great clean storage unit. Wonderful place if you need a convenient storage place.

        They never answer the phone. The manager sits at the last desk with the lights off and the door locked. He gives you a hard time for anything you do. I rented here and left due to the poor on-site services. Corporate, check your employee. Try to get in or call during business hours. Im sure you are losing business because of this.
