Hello ! Im a local contractor in the South Fairmount area. I ordered some tiles for customers shower, which I needed to create a window of opportunity the complete the job. I ordered some tiles from The Tile Shop on Rt 17 in Rochelle Park. It only took 6 days to come in. I wasnt ready to do the job for two to three weeks, I dropped the tiles off at my customers house. Well, I started the job this morning, it was then that I opened the tiles up and discovered that they were the wrong tiles ! I went back to the store to see if they had the right tiles in stock. They did not ! It was at that time that I told the manager that I was very disappointed with this order. You would think the the Store Manager would at that time just apologize ! I get that, I know that things happen from time to time ! Instead he asked me if I opened the box when I got them to confirm that they were correct ! I then said why should I do that, when I was expecting the store to do their job correctly and order the correct tiles to begin with ! I told him dont you turn this onto the customer, instead of just taking responsibility for the mistake ! I was angry now and just left to find tiles that could work ! Later in the day I returned the tiles and told him that if he just apologized this morning, that would have been the end of it for me, but instead he just kept processing the the return and said nothing ! I then told him that he just lost my business for life and I have used them several times and recommend my customers there as well ! That I will take my business elsewhere ! Still no apology ? I took my receipt and left, after saying thank-you ! The Moral of this story is; take responsibility for your mistakes and dont blame your customers for it !

After a frustrating visit to a local big box store, we went to The Tile Shop for our bathroom remodeling needs. We were immediately greeted by and subsequently worked with Nadia, a personable, knowledgeable, and patient professional. She skillfully helped us navigate the vast selections and seemingly countless options to put together a design that we absolutely love. Needless to say my wife and I were beyond pleased with our shopping experience at The Tile Shop.

I worked with Nadia Estrella to design my bathroom and she was really amazing to work with. She took her time in showing me several tile combinations and styles after I shared the look I wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home design and I could tell she had a real passion for it. Id recommend her to work with if youre looking to renovate and want someone who knows how to design well.
