The Chicken Factory

Don’t waste your time here for the short amount of time they are left. More than half our 15 piece chicken was tiny wings and drumsticks I thought they gave us the wrong food. They didn’t include the chicken fingers we were charged for. Very disappointed. We had to go back for that. My husband told them about our disappointment- nothing was done!

I placed an order for employee appreciation at work The owner was attentive, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in his establishment. We had a budget, and many special requests in regards to packaging, delivery, and variety of food. Not only was every request met, but the food showed up in warming boxes, with more sides than expected, and exactly on time. Everyone loved the food, and the excitement of the employees upon hearing we were having chicken and sides instead of our more usual fare made a long and busy Sunday much more enjoyable. I will personally be a regular customer moving forward and I have no doubt many of my employees who had not yet heard of The Chicken Factory will as well. As a side note, the macaroni salad is phenomenal. I'm so incredibly pleased that we got so much of it.
