Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

After reaching out to numerous "duct cleaning" businesses found on facebook and realizing they were all scams, I heard about Wilson duct cleaning. From the very first phone call, they were super nice and informative. The gentleman on the phone answered all of my questions, returned my messages efficiently, and left me feeling at ease. The first appointment was rescheduled due to rain-- they informed me that the workers would be in and out of the house and did not want to track dirt and mud around which I thought was mindful of them-- rather than simply making money, they were more concerned with keeping my interior clean. On the 2nd scheduled date, they arrived on time and there were multiple workers who obviously knew what they were doing. They cleaned all of my ducts and returns and it was clear (by the sounds of debris entering their vacuum) that the process was working! After cleaning all ducts, they sprayed a disinfectant and sanitizer in the ducts and returns which left a nice fresh clean smell for some time. I would HIGHLY recommend Wilson Carpet & Air Duct cleaning for your duct cleaning services (I did not have carpet cleaned so I can not speak about that although I would assume they are great as well). Ive used them for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. The owner Aaron is very professional over the phone and made sure to tell his employees my requests and address questions. The men who showed up for the cleanings were also very professional and on time. They made sure to call at least 30 minutes ahead of arrival. The carpet cleaner was able to get out all the tough stains. Their prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend this locally owned company.

The team did a amazing job cleaning carpets for us. I would recommend and use their service again. They just need to be a bit more responsive on the text messages but not a deal breaker.

The owner Aaron was unbelievably professional and responsive. I have done a lot of work to my house and no one comes near the experience that I had with Wilson carpet and air duct cleaning and Central Jersey. I was worried going into my research but after reading other reviews it was clear that Wilson was the answer. There are many scams out there so beware but if Wilson is near you hands-down you have to use them. Aaron explains every thing including the process and chemicals he uses in much detail. My initial phone call was over 30 minutes, so I was educated on what exactly was happening. Aaron also stands by his work and says there's a satisfaction guarantee. My situation was actually more severe than Aaron caught in the floor, but he did not raise the price and went the extra yard. It was a fantastic experience.
