I wouldn't recommend this business for anyone. I Almost lost the sale of my house, and the purchase of my new house, because of their incompetence! One day before closing the buyers title company is told my buyers can't close on time. Apparently, someone on their staff dropped the ball big time. They had no urgency to fix the problem, which caused the closing to be delayed two days. Nobody at the business seemed to be worried or upset that all of this was going on. Thank god I had competent people on my end, and the buyers agent/title company's end, to eventually get the deal done two days later. If I could give a -1 star I would! Not even a phone call or apology from anyone for causing an unbelievable stressful two days, never mind the financial issues that could've arose had the seller of my new house, pulled out with our deposit funds.

Hi I worked with two gentlemen Brian and Jamie Luckner you couldnt ask for two better people to work with although my loan was probably a little challenging Brian never gave up and worked real hard to make everything Go as smooth as possible both of them always returned phone calls made everything very easy to understand especially with my many many questionsI would highly recommend them to anyone their job performance was outstanding I look forward to working with them again sometime in the future. Very very satisfied they both deserve a five star rating!!!

5 Star customer service! Jerry was the ultimate professional and I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. Jerry walked me through the process from start to finish and was a true gentleman. Jerry never made me feel funny for asking a lot of questions and that was important. Some people are impatient and want to rush through the process, but not this guy! I cant say enough how much I trusted GenNext with Jerry representing the firm. I am 110% satisfied and thank you for your transparency and candidness. Trust and integrity are two pillars I also value and use daily as a steward of the company I represent.
