Morgan is a superstar! We needed to lease out our vacated commercial unit but since we were not in the area, Morgan worked tirelessly to find us a great tenant and to ensure all details were ironed out for a smooth move-in. Morgan was an amazing going way beyond what is expected typically of a Realtor. It was a complicated sale in a retirement community which the management company made difficult with many hoops and forms and following up for weeks which would be non-existent in a regular neighborhood. Morgan was also tasked with the cleaning out of items left in the house which he did a fabulous job. Thank you so much for all your efforts and a successful closing. My father can now spend the remaining time he has left in a better place. Thank you much.
