I had a dead tree very close to a busy roadway. I was worried someone could get hurt if it came down. They assured me it wouldn't likely just fall in the immediate future and assured me that I would get on the schedule within 3 weeks. Their schedule opened up while I was away and they still came and took care of removing the tree during my absence. They left me a bill that I happily paid as soon as I returned. I appreciate not having to wait until I returned.. I will definitely use their services again. Their prices were very fair. Service: Tree removal

Oh no not enough stars, I need more!!!!!!  OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!I have never dealt with a more professional, responsive and fantastic tree service. The work was done quickly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to everyone and I have permanently added Greg as the person to call for tree work. Thanks again to a great company!!!!

I called on May 20 to get a quote for trimming a bunch of dead branches off a large oak tree in my backyard. Greg came by my house that weekend and gave me a quote, which came in several hundred dollars less than another tree company. He warned me at that point that he was pretty busy, but expected to be able to come by in the next couple weeks. A few weeks later I got a call from Greg telling me that he was hoping to come by soon but he didn't show up and didn't call back. In the meantime, several large branches fell on their own, but luckily nobody was injured and there was no significant damage. Finally on July 16, almost two months after the initial call, Greg called to tell me he would be there the next day. This time he did show up as promised and he did a fine job cutting down the dead branches and thoroughly cleaning up the branches afterwards. They did leave a few things behind in our yard (an old towel, etc.), but I think that was just an oversight.I understand that this was probably a small job for them, but I would have appreciated a call or two to tell me they were too busy or the weather was uncooperative and they would be delayed several weeks.I definitely would not hire them again if I needed work done quickly, but maybe okay to give a call if you don't mind waiting around for two months.
