I have been a client of KRA Insurance for decades. I have had Lisa Cruz as my account manager for at least the past 5 years. She is wonderful and makes my life easy, as it pertains to insurance. I usually just have to email her, and she replies same day, with accurate, complete and timely information for me . . . that I can understand. For the past 5 years, my insurance (car, house and umbrella) has gotten more involved as I also have 2 daughters who learned to drive . . . and get in accidents. Again, easy peasy for Lisa. The best part is that I can ask her anything, and she is always real with her answers, tells me the bottom line, and gives me options if need be. I assume I may be able to shop around for cheaper insurance (???), but with the quality of service I get from Lisa, its worth it, if I am paying more (again, ???). If you want good value car, house or umbrella insurance, try KRA and ask for Lisa Cruz.

I was introduced to Jeff Lewis at KRA several years ago by my current wife Bonnie. Bonnie was already a client of Jeff's and she recommended having Jeff and KRA run quotes on Auto policies for which I and a few of my children were drivers.. I hate shopping of any kind and that includes insurance. Jeff made it very easy and jumped right in to all aspects of my life, not just Auto Insur., Since then I have my Auto policy in addition to Homeowners, previously Renters Insurance, and an Umbrella policy with KRA under Jeff Lewis' management. I recommended him to my oldest son who is now on his own and many friends and patients of min.
