Terry was well aware of mold, flooding & faulty AC in her summer rental. Guests quickly became sick. She also falsely advertised her listing as a 5 bedroom home with a basement den but in fact there were only 4 bedrooms & the basement mold and musty smell made use of the highlighted den impossible. She feigned ignorance, claimed the misrepresentations were not her fault blaming the listing agency & suggested we were splitting hairs, though past complaints have been discovered on the very same problems & misrepresentations. If honesty, transparency & ethics are important to you, Terry will NOT be a good fit as your realtor.
