Horrible customer service! Ordered flowers and candy for mother's day. While it came on time, they did not send the candy I requested. My mother called and during her conversation with the woman who picked up, she was told.... " The candy they sent was good enough"..." You ought to be happy someone sent you anything" ... and several other things I found hard to believe would come out of the mouth of someone who was paid to provide a certain service/merchandise. My mother had to hang up on them because they proceeded to speak to her as if they were arguing with someone out on the street. I will never buy from original flowers again!
