Turnersville Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

Very poor experience. I bought my car the 16 of February and they still haven't mailed me the plates for my car. They should never have sold me the car if I didnt have all my paperwork. So I get them everything they need on the 28th of March and my plates still not mailed. I talked to a woman on April the 8th and she assured me that they would be mailed on Wednesday the 10 to be deliveredon the 11th . Here we are on the 11th and as of me typing this they weren't mailed. Now I have to wait on this person to call me back to tell me what? Never doing business with you guys again. Sales person Preston stopped answering texts. Have to call twice because they transfer you to someone and the phone just rings (happened more than 3 times).

Purchased CPO Ram 1500 in December. Have tried calling, emailing and texting about my second key and even called one last time before I posted this review only to be transferred to an endless ring. Would encourage others to avoid buying from here. No service past the sale. You guys have my contact information if you want to make this right.
