Summit Court Luxury Apartments

I live here with my dog and boyfriend and I think it's safe to say we all love it here. We have 0 complaints. Friendly office staff and incredible maintenance team. Always very responsive when I have a question or need help. The leasing process was so efficient and easy. It can be intimidating to apply and get the correct documentation but Monica helped us every step of the way and was incredibly kind and patient will my 500 frantic phone calls. The entire leasing team is unmatched. I would recommend living here to anyone! And meeting Monica is the bonus you didn't know you needed. What an amazing experience it's been!

I met Monica one of the leasing agents @ Summit Court Luxury Apts in Union NJ last summer when touring with a friend and she was very knowledgeable, Funny n Kind. I love her and Lauren as well and ALL the staff there. Now I bring all my clients to her and 99% of my people sign up with her, she makes them feel very comfortable and to add, these apts are Fantastic! Luxury at its finest! The Pool, all the Fitness rooms and the other perks of living here are unbeatable! My clients are extremely happy here

For being my first apartment the leasing process has been nothing but wonderful. So fast and easy. The staff has really helped calm my nerves. Cannot wait to move in with my family

We had a really great experience renting at Summit Court. Monica and her team were very professional and made the process very easy and seamless. If you are looking for a community that is luxurious, has a lot of digital adaptations, and a friendly staff I would definitely recommend Summit Court!

It was a pleasure living there a couple years ago with my (now) wife. Pretty quiet place but a lot of turnover in their front office so you never really knew who to talk to about questions you had, or issues. When we first moved in they had promoted the pool and new clubhouse COVID hit and neither of those things happen until after we moved out. Its crazy to see how much more theyve built since we left. Would definitely still recommend for anyone. The gym had peloton bikes with free membership, which was a nice plus. Just needed to create an account.
