Excellent professional services!!!! Sam exceeded my expectations. Sam arrived at 10am on Sunday as agreed. He was very knowledgeable and did a series of diagnostic checks. He was able to identify the problem and setup my home theater system with my cable box and TV routing to my Onkyo receiver making sure the sound in my living room was calibrated. In addition, on his way out Sam was able to provide some keen advice as I'm planning to upgrade my TV. I'd highly recommend Sam as unlike the big repair shops I've dealt with in the past he is flexible in terms of his availability and he does the work in a thorough and timely manner. I felt well served after his visit as my issues were resolved..... I reached out on Thumbtack yesterday afternoon (Sat) ... today (Sun) all is well.... good value for the fee I paid Sam for his technical services. Thanks Sam!!! Howard
