        This location has been absolutely exceptional. Upon entering you are pleasantly greeted and tellers are always courteous. Janice was my banker who assisted me with opening a second account and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely well spoken, mannered, and knowledgeable. With her excellent service I look forward to continuing to return this branch and location. Thank you Janice!

        We are so happy that we moved all our accounts to Valley Bank. My husband and I have several business accounts, as well as our personal one. The accounts were opened without any problems or stress. The website is so easy to navigate. But, the most amazing thing about banking at Valley is the customer service. Our home branch is on Morris Avenue in Springfield. From the moment you walk in the door, call on the phone, or drive up to the window, you feel you're banking with professionals who are not only efficient and courteous, but friendly - that they genuinely want you to walk away feeling they care. We have gone to different branches for convenience and again, always courteous, efficient and friendly. So far, not a problem, only thanks that we made the move. Their hours are great (8:00AM opening), the staff is great - all-in-all, the way banking should be!
