        Love the people at my branch but I keep getting told "That's the Citizens way". Well, The Citizens way is gonna chase me away. Nothing is ever the easy way. This bank never saw a fee they did not love. In the information age why does it take this bank a week to pay a bill for me? Shouldn't that be instantaneous?

        How does a bank that advertises itself to businesses not have a public notary on staff? Disappointing and makes zero sense. Otherwise, the staff here are nice.
