    Ive been going some time to this shop must say very clean than most but the rules their are crazy they dont take credit cards and it used to be if you called in less than 2 hours than you had to walk in now it changed you gotta book your own appointment online and put in credit card which I said because barber Ricky and Nicole receptionist I would make an exception. Had an appointment with Ricky last Saturday for 3:00 pm which I do know your appointments can run a little late but Ricky never took time to say running a little late will take care of you and it is not the first time this happened after instead he took his time with customer and would even stop cutting his hair to joke around with him. When it was my turn he started joking telling me come lets go and I was not joking because I was already late to where I needed to be. So instead of him apologizing his response was I am late too than after cut he tells me Im not cutting your hair anymore and Im like Wow thats how you handle business. We talked after and he said we are good Plus I tipped him like I always do. I go and book an appointment for my son and I see my appointment was canceled and I get a call from Nicole Ricky is not cutting you or your kids hair anymore. Wow! That is not professional and I guess he that busy he dont need our business but will take our business elsewhere where we wont be inconvenienced and treated like our money means nothing. The wait was not 10 minutes it was 35 minutes if you are going to respond please have accurate information. But there was no aggression I was having a conversation man to man but all good I see customer is never right in your establishment too many rules just for a haircut.

    This business is established well, and the environment is clean and welcoming. The barber I met, Ricky, was helpful and cared about ensuring that my haircut looked nice and that I was pleased. I have been looking for a barbershop since moving from NYC three years ago to NJ, and I now have a shop I have been looking for with a good vibe and convenient hours.

Hey thank you for taking the time to review us. With all due respect We are in business to serve the public not just you and you only. Ricky is one of the up most professionals in this industry, he is usually quiet doesn’t like confrontation and does his job. He admitted to running behind but what we did not like is the aggressiveness and demanding like you never been late. We are barbers, we usually don’t take lunch, we usually work straight without breaks or hurrying up to meet clients expectations. The reasons why he was late was because the customer before made a small change to his haircut and it made him run I say 10 mins behind if that. You was still next and you still received the service but you waited 10 mins at most. You sat in the chair with an attitude and telling us please do not play with your time almost in fighting words. We are not machines and we are not robots we make mistakes too and I’m sure you are not perfect and there is a reason why you came to our shop. Most barbers are moving to online appointments because customers for most part are always late and is not fair to us as professionals. Appointments are free at our shop and they are a courtesy because most shops are walk-in only our prices are competitive and I was way below avg what most shops charge. We choose to be professionals and not deal with aggressiveness and keep our shop family friendly and for that reason we cancelled your appointment and with all due respect we do not tolerate this type of behavior.
