The service was very well they went beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The managers corrected my order and also gave me a free drink. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the rest of the facility. Best Panera I been too by far thanks.

I requested for my pecan roll to be heated up because after receiving my food, after 5 mins its already hard & cold. Mind you, Im dining in. I asked the employee with can they heat up my order because it was cold and I remember they use to have a microwave near the coffee station and its not there anymore. The male employee with the curly ponytail hair mentioned that they can not reheat anything I took from the counter. Thats ridiculous. I cant even enjoy my pecan bread. Its hard. And cold. Not even warm. Im so upset.

I was standing right in front of picup window and I was only one and the guy with curly hair yell with the name on order intentionally and girls back there start laughing and he even not hand me over just threw on counter,Absolute mockery on my face and totally unprofessional at the front desk.

I come in every morning for a breakfast sandwich and drink. The employees are always efficient, quick and pleasant when handing me my order. I typically order on the app. With the system being down, I ordered with a cashier (Gabriella) this morning and it was a terrible experience. I didn't expect a greeting or anything above and beyond, but she scowled the entire time as I placed my order and was incredibly hostile. It was not until I asked for a manager that she changed her tune. With there being a dozen food places within a mile, I would prefer to order elsewhere until the app is back up if interactions like that will be customary. Order number 245735 for reference.
