        This store never answers the phone the calls always goes to verizon support not to the actual store. Would be nice to speak to someone at the actual store

        Kevin is a very kind,courteous, knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. He explained to me in detail about my new phone and watch. He assisted me by transferring my apps and photos onto the new phone. He also showed me how to use my phone as well as the watch. He's a very patient person as well.
