This place deserves a ZERO star review. Unfortunately, the lowest I can give is a one. I enrolled 2 kids in October of 2021 ages 7 months and 23 months old. I should've known there was an issue with this facility when all the kids there were WHITE. After meeting the director Nancy Kovac I could see why there were no other children of color. She is very condescending and she talks to you like she is superior to you. She makes up policies as he goes along while violating regulations set in place for the daycare. She does not let you speak. She is unprofessional. One time, I asked her where she was getting these regulations from and she told me she spoke directly to someone at the board of health that she knew by name. I called the board of health department myself and asked for the same person she spoke with who in turn confirmed that her statements were in fact not true at all. I was being called at least once or sometimes even twice on a weekly basis to pick the children up from school because someone else's kid was sick. The children had to be held home for 24 hours and provide a Covid test. Imagine having to bring your child every week, sometimes twice during the week to get tested for Covid when they are not sick. One time, Nancy Kovacs called me to pick my son up because there weren't enough teachers to cover the class while he was still taking a nap. This is when the reality of us being targeted finally set in. By this point, I've had to call out or leave work early 40 times in a course of a year. If you are looking for a daycare to accommodate your need while you are at WORK ( THE REASON WE NEED THIS SERVICE IN THE 1ST PLACE) please do yourself a favor and RUN. RUN FAST!!!! Also, another FYI. If you plan on enrolling any of your kids in the summer camp program they are running, don't even bother wasting your time. I enrolled my 10 year old son for summer of 2022. They have a bunch of kids running the program while the adult in charge is lally gagging all day. My son said he sat there watching movies most of the time. Don't waste your energy, time, money! This place is a complete JOKE!!!

I can't speak highly enough about the union Y! Mrs. Mary is an absolute gem of a teacher with over 20 years of experience, and her patience and respect towards the kids are truly heartwarming. My son simply adored her! Not to forget the wonderful staff at the Y. Andy and Deborah at the front desk are incredibly nice and sweet. They went above and beyond to make my son's first days a breeze and made us feel so at home. And let's not forget about Mrs. Jackie, who's an absolute sweetheart. Always wearing a smile and genuinely caring for others. Such a lovely bunch of people!!!

My daughter was in preschool here a few years back and my son is in the preschool now. We all love it at the Y. The teachers are very caring and all food is included. The hours are great too!
