Union Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry - Dr. Umut Caglar, D.D.S.

This office is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. My appointment was cancelled on at least 3 occasions. The last one being last Friday when I received a call literally minutes before my scheduled appointment to be canceled. Consideration for someone elses time is not a priority to them. I was given all kinds of reasons for cancellations it really makes you wonder which of the many were even true.

My opinion, Dr Caglar is an EXCELLENT and outstanding dentist. His work is exceptional and he is also knowledgeable. He take a lot of time and care with you as a patient. Thanking Suzette and Ashley for being attentive along with the doctor for helping to provide great dental care with each visit. My husband and I are bless to have founded this very special team. You all are awesome!!!

So I came here for my 1st dental cleaning and checkup with Dr Caglar- as per my mom's recommendation. I was looking for a dentist because my old place - I didn't trust any of the dentists ( although) I liked my hygienist. When my mom told me that he is super gentle and does his own cleanings. I decided to make an appointment. Got one within a week as a new patient. When I went- filled out my papers and in the chair in no time! I LOVED that I was given sunglasses to shield my eyes from the light! And I loved that the dentist does his own cleanings. And I like that he hums softly while he does his work. I like that he shows you your X-rays and tells you how it is and is confident. Even though this is my 1st visit- I really felt like he knows his stuff. Everyone was very nice - the dentist, the assistant and the receptionist. I was in and out in an hour. I still have other things I need to do ... but so far so good.
