        I showed the picture of what I wanted and made it clear I didnt want to go short like my last cut. I asked and showed the style and kind of fade I wanted. Not sure if there was miscommunication; instead I got an undercut with a short length on top. Once I saw the buzzer moving up past the sides to the top I knew it wasnt what I wanted. At this point, I was at least told the top length would be a medium length and I wanted a medium length with my fade but it was shorter than I wanted. Ive been here before and Ive had good enough experiences to return but this was not expected. I wasnt satisfied with my haircut or the experience.

        Felt rushed. Not a great haircut. It was a Saturday afternoon and they had a lot of people waiting so I understand. But a haircut should take more than 5 minutes. Its a craft, an art. Shouldnt be like sheering a sheep.
