        Nelly is AMAZING. I have had four other locticians in the past five years and while they were all skilled in interlocking, Nelly is definitely the fastest and knows about actual hair care, and not just locking their hair. (I have only had one other loctician who knew about hair care as well). I highly recommend Nelly. Her place is attractive and super clean. She is also very professional. I only just recently moved to NJ and have already referred a friend to her. My friend loved her work on her hair as well. Service: Dreadlocks
