As a real estate agent, its hard to recommend contractors because unfortunately, theyre not all very reliable, but the team at Kays HVAC has been amazing! It hasnt been an easy fix, but they have responded to every text from all parties and been very professional throughout. Dan has been there rain or shine to make sure that everything is up and running. I will gladly continue recommending this company to all my future clients! Thank you all so much.

Kay and his team installed ductless units in my home and did a great job. They took on a job that was a little complicated but completed it in a timely fashion and we are extremely pleased with the work!
Update: Kay's team came for maintenance and did an awesome job. Our filters needed to be cleaned, the service rep showed us and left our home without leaving a mess. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Well done in assessing heating issues quickly. Compared to another company telling me that my pump was ruined and I would need a new one for $700+ and that it would fail in less than 2 months and telling me every possible thing that would be wrong with my broilers. The other company was not able to diagnose the root cause that made it seem the pump was not working. They left me without heat as I was not abt to pay 700+. I called Kay and immediately they drained the water line and realized there was so much air in the pipe that prevented the water from flowing properly and the pump was not able to push that air, it was designed to pump water, hence problem solved. Cost me less that a quarter of what contractor with 40 years experience was trying to shell from me. Thanks Kay Affordable HVAC!
