I have engaged in a prolonged email correspondence with Rosa over the course of several months. Unfortunately, the communication has been consistently vague, with repeated instances of information being forgotten or unclear. Despite seeking assistance in identifying the most suitable plan for my needs, the dialogue took an unhelpful turn when I inquired about pricing. Rosa redirected the conversation by asking, 'How much do you pay now?' rather than providing the necessary information.
The interaction conveyed a sense of haste and a lack of interest in thoroughly reviewing available plans. Moreover, the suggestion to simply 'go online and apply' felt dismissive and unhelpful. Regrettably, the overall experience has left me dissatisfied and without the assistance I sought.
