I would give them 0 stars if I could. They do not like to assist Customers in any way. Even the Managers are unresponsive. They sent my laptop out for repairs and I received it back broken. They stated they would make it right and replace my laptop here I am 3 to 4 weeks in with them and no new laptop just stuck with a broken one. Billy Brown the manager and Pete apparently the other manager never answer the phones. Take days to respond to emails. Someone needs to go in here and clean this place up get it back on track. Otherwise you will go out of business.

Went there to get my phone fixed (start button had broken) and they said they only repair software. I was told otherwise when they signed me up for the yearly subscription. Then I took my laptop to fix a software issue, which took them about 4 days to complete and guess what? They we're unable to do that either. Simply a waste of time and money. They overprice and underdeliver their work, not to mention the customer service skills. They make sure you leave the store more frustrated than when you walked in. How do we go about canceling the subscription? I'd love to know that.
