I love this company, and the representative who helped me, Anthony is so pleasant, when I was looking for a home in Pennsylvania for me and my twin babies it was really hard finding a company that would buy my last home , it has brilliant space and its in a better environment, with better schools for families looking for one, I told him this and he really understood what I was trying to sell here , his warm reception to my needs was very gracious. Helios and Anthony are really putting action towards reaching the audience of veterans and their relatives! Anthony and the team over at Helios helped my parents in Linden sell their home at a very fair price. We avoided paying realtor fees and closing cost and the cost associated with waiting to sell their house. Anthony was able to help me and my family and I really appreciate everything him and Helios did for us. Me and my wife just had a baby and needed to sell our house in Elizabeth since the property taxes were more then we could handle with our growing family. I did not want to be lied to by a realtor and have my time wasted with imaginary numbers. Theyre like used car sales men full of it and when things hit the fan theyre no where to be found. I would rather avoid going through an experience like that. Luckily Anthony had reached out to me and explained to me how theyre a Veteran owned company buying homes for Veterans and seniors. I liked the idea of helping your fellow American so I gave Anthony a shot. He presented very realistic numbers backed by facts not delusional numbers how realtors do just to have your house sit on the market for 6 months and youre sitting there wondering why its not selling since the realtor was just full of it.
