Wasn't Happy With Oral Surgeon I had a Tooth Extraction it was Brutal but Front Desk Receptionists are excellent I will continue my Service there but I wont allow that Oral Surgeon to treat me again!

I have been a patient of Eastern dental for almost 20 yrs. I have never ever had a problem with the service. I am faithful to my cleanings every 6 months and recently had an appointment. I got the information from the lady at the desk she told me to call her back in 2-3 weeks so she could contact my insurance. So I called today at 10am it is now 4:30 and I have yet to speak to the lady I called for nor did I recieve a call back as one of the ladies who told me she would return the call and if I didn't get a return call please call back in an hour or 2 so I call back at 3:30 and I've been on hold for 15 min increments and disconnected. Called back with the loud music on hold and back again. This is by far ridiculous if she's not there or available just tell me that but, putting someone on hold multiple times, different people keep picking up and putting on hold is unacceptable. I get it it might be busy but professionalism has to stand for something. On top of that my tooth is actually bothering me now....just not a good experience lately.

So upset my appointment was at 9:45 granted I came in filled out all by paperwork and was called to the back they took my X-rays Dr G came in went over my treatments and ask me to wait in the lobby for they can go over what insurance coverage this was all in a fifteen minutes meeting with doctors and X-ray . Here I am back in the lobby waiting 10-30 minutes go by and hour has went by I get up and ask how long is the wait for them to tell me my insurance coverage and treatment plan ??? I been sitting here for an hour ?? The young lady turns to ask the two that are I guess in charge of calling patients called my name like are you serious it took for me to get up and ask after a whole hour no and wrong patient's should not wait almost 1/2 hours for you to tell me my insurance coverage that should be done at the moment you arrive it should be printed . You need a better system . This is not the first time just a couple weeks ago my husband had the same exact issue with this office . So upset I day wasted time .
