Was referred by another attorney who I retain and have an excellent relationship with, but this particular legal matter was out of my regular attorney's wheelhouse. After being referred, I made a call and conversed with their secretary citing the referral and that I was an existing client of another known firm, but had a professional referral. I provided my information and was promised a call back, but the call never was returned. During the conversation with their secretary, she seemed a little condescending too, not exactly what I would want as my front line intake person. Regardless, the call proved a waste of time for me personally so take this review as it is-you might waste your time calling them too. At the very least, give a call back and say you do not take these legal matters, you are not interested in the case, et cetera. I am a capitalized client, so not like I was treading water asking for pro bono work or a $500 small claims case.
