Your company is fine except when you need help. I realize these are extreme circumstances. I dont need to see a Doctor. Just Wax traps For a 94 yr old locked in customer of yours! Any idea what its like to be 94 and suddenly cant hear, especially since you just spent a fair amount on hearing aids? It awful to see your parent go through it with no real assistance from the people who are supposed to help him. Thanks for nothing! I never leave reviews but had to this time. That saying something!

I have tried making appointments here and have found them completely non responsive on several occasions over this past year. They have been unable to answer the simplest questions, and they aren't interested in returning phone messages If they're this inattentive and uncaring about potential new patients, how are they going to respond once you become a patient and they've got your money?
