I have been a patient here for years. And I have never experienced the level of rudness and lack of concern that I experience now. The front office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. Looking for new doctor!!

Dr. McAndrew and her staff have been incredibly responsive and kind in treating my 99-year old mother. Clearly, they understand the effort it takes to get a 99-year old in to their office and always check her over thoroughly and give her any needed immunizations or bloodwork while we are there. They are efficient and quick to call in a prescription or when necessary, advise me not to treat her at home, but to take her to the ER. Dr. McAndrew has been right on in prescribing the best antibiotics and have often been able to get my mother well while resting comfortably at home. I like dealing with Dr. McAndrew so much, that when my girlfriend's primary retired, I suggested doctor McAndrew. Now she to is also a patient and is very pleased. Outstanding doctor!

I only gave my review two stars because although Dr. Susan Varevice-Mcandrew is a great doctor the front desk staff and other doctors who work at this location is very questionable. I had one of the front desk staff literally antagonize me because I was having some mental health issues and I took a mental health leave from my job. I was attempting to explain my symptoms to one of the front desk staff members and for some reason she felt the need to start screaming at me and would not hear me out. The woman kept talking over me telling me that I cannot take a mental health leave without a doctors approval. I explained to her that my employer is the one who recommended me to take the leave. All I wanted to do was get a referral for a psychologist. The woman decided to end the conversation when she was ready and told me she is going to get the office manager to call me back. The office manager called me back and I told her what happened and she seemed like she did not care. The only good thing about this place is Dr Varevice-Mcandrew. This place needs better and more professional staff!
